Coach Effect is a leadership and organizational effectiveness boutique. Our mission is to make a sustainable positive impact in each and workplace we touch by increasing employee engagement and supporting the development of managers and leaders. We do this through coaching, consulting, seminars, and workshops.

Founded in 2003 by Jennifer Mounce, Coach Effect started from Jennifer's passion and desire to support organizations in creating strong leaders and managers as well as high levels of employee engagement.  Over the years, Coach Effect has grown into a full-service leadership consultancy.

Coach Effect is made up of a group of independent business savvy executive coaches and organizational development consultants. We match coaches with leaders based on individual needs. We have a range of coaches and consultants with different functional backgrounds, professional experiences, and geographic locations.

Through our partnership and network alliance we have global access to coaches, consultants, and a full range of specific capabilities our clients may need.
